1. To apply for Personal Library Card, please provide the original copy of one of the following – R.O.C citizen ID, driver’s license, (if applicable) disabled citizen ID or disability manual, Household Certificate, or Household Certificate Transcript (remains valid within 3 months).
For citizens of Mainland China, please provide the original copy of the entry/exit permit or the resident certificate.
For foreign residents, please bring your passport or the original copy of the residence certificate.

2. To apply for the Family Library Card (registered Taipei City household residents only), please bring the original copy of the Household Certificate or the Household Certificate Transcript (remains valid within 3 months).
