Also, the Library is closed on the first Thursday of each month, which is the Library&#39;s cleaning day.</li><li>During open hours, patrons may freely enter the Library for viewing our books and materials. Minors under six years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. While the second floor of the Parent-Child Art & Education Digital Library is only open to those under twelve and their caretakers.</li><li>Please note that the Library card application, payment of fines and over the counter material circulation are not available 30 minutes prior to the closing time of the library.&nbsp;</li></ol>[][][][]Taipei Public Library
