Purchasing dissertations published overseas: Use the PQDT database to find dissertations you are interested in and purchase them online using its built-in purchasing feature. Or you may call Transmission Books & Microinfo Co., Ltd. at 2-2736-1058 ext 203 and ask them to purchase it for you.",

Alternatively, ask a Library clerk for an application form. Fill it out and give it to the clerk. Pay attention to the following before submitting an application:1. Make sure the Library does not have what you are looking for in its collection: Search for it in the Library's collection catalog system.2. You have to possess a Library card before you are permitted to apply for inter-library service.3. If you apply online, you have to register for a personal account number. After it is authenticated by the system, you can submit an application through the \"Nationwide Document Delivery System\".",
