    1. Tuesday to Saturday: 08:30 - 21:00
      Sunday and Monday: 09:00 - 17:00
    2. Opening hours of the Main library's Children's Room: Tuesday to Saturday: 9:00-18:00; Sunday & Monday: 9:00-17:00
    3. The opening hours of the Qiming Branch Library, Liuxiang Children’s Library ,and Parent-Child Art & Education Digital Library are: Monday to Sunday: 9:00 to 17:00.
    4. The Library is closed to the public on all National Holidays designated by the Government of the Republic of China. Also, the Library is closed on the first Thursday of each month, which is the Library's cleaning day.
    5. During open hours, patrons may freely enter the Library for viewing our books and materials. Minors under six years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. While the second floor of the Parent-Child Art & Education Digital Library is only open to those under twelve and their caretakers.
    6. Please note that the Library card application, payment of fines and over the counter material circulation are not available 30 minutes prior to the closing time of the library.
