Video-on-demand: Each permission granted allows the applicant to use VOD for 2 hours, after which the applicant must reapply</P><P>3. E-Learning Center: Computers in the retrieval area on the ground floor of the Main Library are available for 30 minutes of use per application. Those in the four regional branches Wenshan, Tianmu, Wanhua and Sanmin. are limited to one hour per application.</P><P/><br>[][][][]Taipei Public Library
