(35) National Central Library Newsletter
Published quarterly since April 1969, the National Central Library Newsletter is the only English-language periodical devoted to library news in Taiwan. The newsletter is currently distributed to NCL exchange partners around the world, as well as to libraries throughout Taiwan. Each issue opens a window to Taiwan's library world, with reports on library policies, programs, and events, as well as sections devoted to new publications, NCL visitors, and Chinese studies affairs.
(59) Twenty-First Century
Established in 1990 by the Institute of Chinese Studies at the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK), the Twenty-First Century is a bimonthly academic journal dedicated to the worldwide exchange of ideas among Chinese intellectuals, in regard to the further evolution of culture in China. Subscriptions carried by the Library are from Vol. 3 (1991) to Vol. 70 (April 2002).
(20) Taiwan Panorama Magazine (Chinese)
The Taiwan Panorama Magazine (formerly Sinorama Magazine) is a bilingual monthly dedicated to the worldwide understanding of the culture of beautiful Taiwan and her standing and contribution to the international community. It has received much appraisal from both readers from other countries and the overseas Chinese communities since its establishment in 1976, under the administration of the Government Information Office, R.O.C. Entries are dated from 1976 to 2002, and currently the subscription has terminated.

(190) Fair Trade Quarterly
To encourage academic developments in the area of fair trade law: Following the establishment of Taiwan's Fair Trade Law, people have become more interested in research on the Fair Trade Law. By issuing this journal, we hope to set up a basis for in-depth discussions on the issues concerned and thus inspire further exploration on this subject both academically and practically.
To arrive at a social consensus on fair trade policies: We hope that by issuing this journal we can provide our society with a better understanding as to the content of the Fair Trade Law and thus can gain their support to enforce our fair trade policies.
