Can I ask the Library to borrow books from other libraries for me?
Yes, you can. Search the National Bibliographic Information Network to find out which libraries have the books you are interested in. Then submit an application. For books borrowed from other libraries, in addition to the handling charges and postage needed to deliver them, the borrower must pay for the postage required to return them.
