To prevent the waste of resources resulting from the abuse of the reservation service, you may cancel a Hold (reserve) item online or change the library location to which you want the item sent by visiting our website or one of our branches only if the reserve status is not "being processed." If it is, or if the reserved materials have arrived and are available for pickup, you cannot cancel the reservation or change the library location from which reserved books are to be picked up.
