How will I be fined if the ‘hold’ item is not picked up by the "Hold Until" date ?
You will be inscribed one point on your record if an item placed on hold is not picked up by the "Hold Until" date. However, you will be suspended 90 days temporarily if you got over three points within six months. During the time of suspension, if an additional three items have failed to be retrieved, another 90 days will be accumulated, starting from the following day when the original suspension will be lifted.
