For R.O.C. citizens, the Library Card Number is a two-digit code added to the R.O.C. Citizen ID Number, resulting in a twelve-digit code consisting of alphabets and numbers. The four-digit Password is initially set to the birth date of the patron, in the format of mmdd (for example, March 9th would be 0309).
